Last position Manager of Business Architecture for Human Resources Development Canada.
He has been part of creating business models, defining the operating model, process mapping entire departments as well as SAP and Oracle blueprinting and implementation.
Robert is certified LEAD Business Architect and LEAD Process-, Value-, Service-, and Innovation & Transformation eXpert certified. In the LEADing Practice Community is he responsible for creating and maintaining the Process Maps and its reference content.
