Peter Franz is one of the two co-founders of BPM-D. He has been working at the forefront of Business Process Management for many years as part of a 30-year career with Accenture. Since setting up the innovative new company he has assisted a number of companies in establishing a BPM discipline and has developed a number of innovative approaches to pragmatically solve implementation issues. These have been encapsulated in the (Patent Pending) BPM-DTM framework.
He is a results-driven executive with a pragmatic ability to create the spark in a business strategy through a clearly articulated execution strategy; and then drive towards this goal. He has lead very substantial change programs across a number of industries including: Energy, Financial Services, Logistics, Travel Services, Utilities and Consumer Goods.
Mr. Franz has authored a book on this subject and has developed related executive level courses that can be adapted to various audiences.
Mr. Franz holds a Masters degree in Information Systems and a Bachelors degree in Computer Science from the University of Witwatersrand in South Africa and is a certified BPM professional (CBPMP).
