Since the 1980’s, John has been both a practitioner and manager of business solution teams delivering leading edge consulting services to Fortune 1000 companies. During this time, John filled a principal role in the development of a proven, repeatable and commercially-available full lifecycle project execution methodology, along with supporting service offerings, and training materials. This methodology is currently in practice at dozens of federal, state and public organizations.
John has served many clients as a business transformation consultant and engagement manager. Using proven and repeatable approaches and John’s attention to customer needs and details, he has facilitated dozens of process change, organizational change and (model-based) automation requirements analysis/design projects to a successful conclusion.
