He has 11 years of experience with large strategic business and IT projects in international environments from e.g. companies like Coloplast A/S and FLSmidth A/S.
Jacob has been responsible for several standardization programs and has as a result vast practical experience in working with standardizing business processes and systems and linking company strategy to the operational level. In Coloplast A/S Jacob was responsible for designing a corporate ERP-template for Sales, Distribution, Manufacturing and Finance and succeeded in implementing the solution to 25 sites in 2.5 years.
To ensure the important strong governance of the finished solution Jacob has also been involved in creating a governance organization. The foundation for the governance set up is the involvement of a group of area specific Executive Business Process Owners. The Executive Business Process Owners are members of a Change Advisory Board, which is responsible for approving/rejecting and prioritizing the incoming business initiatives and change requests.
