Fatima Senghore

Fatima Senghore is a certified Project Management Professional with 12 years of professional experience in federal and commercial consultancy providing program and project management support.

Currently, Fatima is employed with Valador Inc. and is the Data Manager and IT Lead for NASA’s Office of Education Infrastructure Division; her responsibilities include supporting the evolution and maintenance of the agency’s education applications, performance reporting, and portfolio management. In addition she is serves as adjunct faculty within the Industrial Engineering Department at Morgan State University. Fatima has experience increasing efficiencies, solving problems and providing innovative solutions. In addition to her PMP certification Fatima is a certified ScrumMaster.

Fatima is currently pursuing her doctorate in the Department of Engineering Management and Systems Engineering at George Washington University. She received her Masters of Science in Industrial Engineering from Florida A&M University and her Bachelors of Science in Industrial Engineering from Morgan State University, where she was a NASA fellow. Recent publications include “Using Social Network Analysis to Investigate the Potential of Innovation Networks: Lessons Learned from NASA’s International Space Apps Challenge“.
