Program type

The ideal program type would be a classroom (physical location) or online, depending on the size and location of the process team and its willingness to accept online training as a form of skills building.

The process expert certification program has been structured to build on the existing competencies of the practitioner, but most importantly, with a main focus on developing new skills through the use of our unique modeling principles. The aim is also to infuse the practitioner with an entirely new way of thinking, working, and modeling with business processes.

This is done through 5 days of intensive classroom or online training, in depth tutoring, and coaching coupled with hands-on project experience, in which the practitioner applies the acquired process modeling (see figure) techniques and its related disciplines to the practitioner’s own company projects.
